By booking a dumpster or porta potty unit with AMWaste, you acknowledge and agree that:
All services are provided based on availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or scheduling.
AMWaste reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe or inaccessible locations.
You agree to:
Provide accurate delivery and pickup information.
Ensure the drop-off area is accessible, safe, and free of obstructions.
Use the dumpster or porta potty units for lawful purposes only.
Follow all weight limits, loading guidelines, and safety instructions.
Prevent damage to the units while in your possession.
Customers are responsible for any charges resulting from:
Overfilled dumpsters
Overweight loads
Damage to equipment
Blocked access preventing pickup
Additional rental days beyond the agreed period
To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, the following items are not allowed:
Hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos, pesticides)
Flammable or explosive materials
Tires (unless approved)
Batteries
Medical waste
Appliances with refrigerants (unless cleared)
If prohibited items are found, disposal fees may apply.
For porta potty units, customers must:
Ensure units are used appropriately and respectfully
Prevent vandalism or intentional damage
Provide safe access for servicing and pumping
Notify AMWaste if units need additional servicing
Extra cleaning or damage fees may apply if units are misused.
All rentals must be paid according to the agreed price at booking.
Additional fees may apply for overweight loads, extra days, special disposal, or damage.
Payment is due before delivery unless another agreement is made.
Cancellations made 24 hours before delivery may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Same-day cancellations may incur a dispatch or delivery fee.
Refunds for early pickups are not guaranteed.
AMWaste is not responsible for:
Damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces due to weight of equipment
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
Items placed in the dumpster by third parties
Customers accept liability for any site damage caused by improper placement requests.
You authorize AMWaste to:
Enter your property for delivery and pickup
Place equipment at the designated spot
Remove equipment at the end of the rental period
Clear and safe access must be maintained at all times.
All dumpsters, porta potty units, and related equipment remain the property of AMWaste.
Customers may not move, relocate, or modify any unit without written approval.
AMWaste may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
